Donation/Sponsorship Requests
Westside Concepts is happy to partner with local organizations and charities to enrich our shared community. We pride ourselves on being an involved member of the west valley. If you would like your organization or fundraiser to be considered for an in-kind donation, please fill out our donation request form.
Priority will be given to organizations that support children, our military and first responders, and human services.
Before you submit a donation request, please read our rules carefully.
•All donation requests must be submitted using this online form.
•Please allow a minimum of 30 days for requests to be considered.
•We do not support political organizations.
•We do not accept any donation requests via in-person, phone or email. In order to better serve our community and organize the 500+ requests we get each year, we ask that you apply only through this form.
•Due to the high volume of donation requests we receive, we are unable to respond to every single one. Our focus is on supporting students, military personnel, and first responders. If your request is approved, we will reach out to you directly.
